Accessibility statement

Last updated: 28 October 2026

Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to top up a line, buy a SIM and get service on our website on their own, easily and with dignity. We work to make the website accessible in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, and the Israeli Standard SI 5568 Part 1 (September 2023), which is based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines at level AA.

What we have done on the website

  • We tested the main pages (the home page, the top-up pages, the SIM card and eSIM pages, the cart and the checkout) with the axe-core testing tool against the WCAG 2.0 level A and AA requirements, and fixed what was found.
  • Every image that carries information has a text description, and decorative images are marked so that screen readers skip them.
  • Fields, selection lists and buttons have names that screen readers read out.
  • Pages have an orderly heading structure, and the page language and text direction are set.
  • Text contrast against the background is at least 4.5:1.
  • Tables that scroll sideways can also be reached with the keyboard.

The accessibility menu on the website

In the bottom corner of every page there is an "Accessibility menu" button (it can also be opened with the keyboard: Alt+Shift+A). The menu offers: text size up to 200%, text spacing, a readable font, dark or light contrast, grayscale, low saturation, highlighted links and headings, stopping animations and blinking, a strong focus outline, a large mouse cursor, a reading guide, image descriptions, read text aloud on click, hiding images, quick navigation on the page and a reset. Your settings are saved only in your own browser, with no cookies and no information sent to anyone.

The menu is an additional aid only. It does not replace the accessibility of the website itself, and you can browse and buy on the website without it.

Browsers and testing

The website supports the latest versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, on computers and on phones (Android and iOS). Testing with a screen reader (NVDA or VoiceOver) will be added here once it is completed.

What is not yet fully accessible

  • The credit card payment page is provided by the payment processing company, and its accessibility is that company's responsibility. If you have any difficulty paying, contact us and we will complete the order with you.
  • WhatsApp conversations take place in the WhatsApp app, and their accessibility is WhatsApp's responsibility.
  • Older articles and content pages are still being reviewed and will be fixed gradually.

Accessibility coordinator and contact

Have you come across an accessibility problem, or do you need information or service in an accessible way? We will be happy to help and fix it.

So that we can help quickly, please include the address of the page and describe the problem. We will get back to you within 5 working days, and we will fix an accessibility issue no later than 60 days from the day you contacted us.
